The OVER DOSE format focuses on a higher concentration of functional ingredients and a targeted formula approach. COLOR-PROTECT features three key actives working simultaneously: Cystoseira 3%, Bond Complex 2%, and Panthenol 1%.
Cystoseira 3% is a marine algae-based ingredient included in the formula to care for hair structure and appearance. Bond Complex 2% targets damaged areas of the hair, helping to maintain a smoother, denser, and healthier-looking finish. Panthenol 1% moisturizes, softens, and helps reduce the feeling of dryness along the lengths.
The shampoo has a sulfate-free cleansing base and a pH of 5.5. It gently cleanses the scalp and hair without turning every wash into an ordeal for color-treated lengths. It is especially relevant after coloring, bleaching, and other treatments — when hair wants to hold onto its color without gradually losing its well-groomed look along with it.
After washing, hair feels softer and more pleasant to the touch, responds better to subsequent care, and looks smoother and shinier. For complete length care, it is recommended to pair this shampoo with COSMEX OVER DOSE COLOR-PROTECT Hair Balm.
