Buying, payment & pickup

Single items — on Kaspi.kz and Wildberries

Since 15 October 2026 cosmex.kz no longer takes retail orders. To buy one or two bottles, use Kaspi.kz (the Cosmex store) or Wildberries. Delivery, payment and returns there follow the marketplace rules.

Wholesale — on this site

On this site we only take wholesale orders from sole traders and companies (IE / LLP): from 100 000 ₸, under a supply contract. The wholesale catalog and order form are on the Wholesale from the manufacturer page.

Payment — by invoice only

  • 100% prepayment by invoice, bank transfer to our account

  • No payment via Kaspi, in cash or on pickup

  • The order is ready for pickup 2–3 business days after payment arrives

    • Pickup from our warehouse

    There is no delivery. You collect a wholesale order yourself from the Cosmex warehouse in the city chosen in your order:

  • Almaty — 1A Bayanaul microdistrict (daily 09:00–17:00)

  • Astana — 33 Chingiz Aitmatov St (Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00, Sat–Sun 13:00–20:00)

  • Shymkent — 18/2 Koigeldi Batyr St (daily 09:00–18:00)

  • Aktobe — 1L/2 Sankibai Batyr Ave (gate 12) (daily 10:00–18:00)

    • We hand over the goods at the warehouse against a waybill. A sole trader collects in person with an ID card or sends a representative with a power of attorney; for a company, a representative with a power of attorney. Our manager will tell you when the order is ready.
