In short
If your hair is visibly thinning, start with a sulfate-free scalp shampoo and the rinse-off care of the same line for a 4–6 week course. Cosmex has three such lines: Trichology with centella and Cystoseira seaweed, Peptide Growth with copper peptide, and OverDose Anti-Hair-Loss, where copper peptide works together with caffeine, niacinamide and biotin. This is care, not treatment: for sudden heavy shedding, see a trichologist first.
Two dedicated lines: Trichology — centella extract and wheat protein in the shampoo, Cystoseira Compressa seaweed extract in the balm-mask and mask; Peptide Growth — with copper peptide Copper Tripeptide-1 to strengthen hair. All sulfate-free, made in Almaty. Cosmetics care for hair and scalp but do not treat hair loss: for sudden heavy shedding, see a trichologist first.
Trichology, Peptide Growth or OverDose: which line to choose
All three lines are sulfate-free and meant to be used as a course. Ingredients below come from the INCI lists on the labels.

Does a shampoo really help with hair loss?+
It works at scalp level: cleanses gently and cares for the scalp. The effect is cumulative — judge it after a 4–6 week course; underlying causes need a doctor.
Trichology or Peptide Growth?+
Trichology is gentle care for a sensitive scalp; Peptide Growth is care with copper peptide for hair density. You can alternate them in courses.
