Cosmex ANTI-DANDRUFF — sulfate-free anti-dandruff shampoo, 1000 ml

Professional scalp care for those prone to dandruff, itching, and flaking. Gently cleanses and works at the root — without harsh sulfates that dry out the scalp and cause dandruff to keep coming back.

How it works
Dandruff is most often a combination of dryness, irritation, and the overgrowth of the yeast-like fungus Malassezia. The shampoo targets two directions at once:
• Piroctone Olamine — gently controls fungal activity and normalizes the scalp, addressing the cause of dandruff rather than masking it.
• Centella Asiatica (cica, gotu kola) — soothes irritation and supports scalp recovery and comfort.
The sulfate-free base with mild surfactants cleanses gently: it removes sebum and flakes without disrupting the skin's protective barrier. That's why the shampoo is suitable for regular use and sensitive scalps.

What you'll notice
