## Description

Cosmex OverDose Glass Lamination Laminating Conditioner for Mirror Shine is a 250 ml conditioner for dull, porous and frizz-prone hair. The GlassLock complex seals the cuticle with an ultra-thin film, giving hair a mirror shine, smoothness and protection against frizz in high humidity. The conditioner rinses out easily and does not weigh down the lengths: it leaves no greasy feel on the strands.

Why hair frizzes even when you take care of it. Hair is hygroscopic, which means it absorbs water from the air. When the cuticle is closed and covered with a protective layer, this happens slowly and the hair keeps its shape. But if the cuticle scales are lifted after coloring, bleaching or hot styling, moisture gets inside quickly and unevenly. Some sections swell more than others, the hair bends, and a cloud of frizz forms around the head that no comb can tame. Rain, fog, steam in the bathroom — and a sleek style is gone within half an hour. A laminating conditioner tackles this at the surface level: it closes the cuticle and creates a barrier that slows down moisture exchange with the air.

How GlassLock works in the conditioner. In the line's shampoo, the complex leaves a first, thin layer. In the conditioner it works on several levels. Cationic conditioning agents, the backbone of any good conditioner, are drawn to damaged areas and smooth them. A cationic silicone copolyol selectively settles where the cuticle is most damaged. A volatile silicone helps the other ingredients spread evenly along the lengths and then evaporates, while dimethiconol stays on as a smooth, glossy veil. Two conditioning polymers, polyquaternium-7 and polyquaternium-10, eliminate static and make hair more manageable. Together they create a glass effect: the surface becomes even, and light reflects off it without scattering.

Care ingredients.
• Hydrolyzed keratin. Small protein fragments fill porous areas and make hair feel denser and more resilient.
• Sodium hyaluronate. Holds moisture in the outer layers of the hair and helps it stay elastic.
• Cystoseira brown seaweed extract. The line's marine ingredient responsible for gloss and smoothness; in the Glass Lamination mask it is claimed as heat-protective.
• Panthenol. Moisturizes and softens, making hair less prone to breakage when combing.
• Caprylic/capric triglycerides. A lightweight emollient that adds softness and slip.
• Centella asiatica extract. A soothing botanical ingredient for skin comfort.
• Citric acid. Maintains an acidic environment in which the cuticle closes more tightly.

Result. Right after rinsing, hair glides between your fingers and a comb runs through the damp lengths without snagging. After drying, a rich mirror shine appears, the surface becomes smooth, and there are noticeably fewer flyaways. In humid weather, your style holds its shape longer. The more regularly you use the conditioner together with the line's shampoo and mask, the more consistent the result: the protective film is renewed after every wash, and porous lengths look well-groomed all the time, not just on the day of a salon treatment.
