A professional moisturizing shampoo for dry, dehydrated, coarse and dull hair that is desperately lacking moisture. If your hair feels dry to the touch, frizzes, breaks, is hard to comb and looks lifeless, and your ends are split — these are signs of dehydration. Cosmex HYDRATION gently cleanses without sulfates while simultaneously infusing hair with moisture and locking it in. The formula is built around hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed silk and aloe, which restore softness, elasticity, smoothness and mirror-like shine to dry hair from the very first use.

Why hair becomes dry
Healthy hair contains water, lipids and protein, and the balance between them is what gives hair its softness, shine and resilience. Heat styling, blow-dryers and flat irons, sun exposure, coloring and bleaching, hard water and time all gradually disrupt this balance: moisture evaporates, the protective layer is damaged, the cuticle lifts, and hair becomes porous. Through raised cuticle scales, moisture escapes even faster — creating a vicious cycle of dryness. Hair loses shine, frizzes, breaks and holds its shape poorly. Hyaluronic acid (Sodium Hyaluronate). The renowned humectant that can hold many times its own weight in water. In the hair, it attracts and retains moisture, making hair more nourished, elastic and resilient. This is the hero ingredient for deep hydration.
Hydrolyzed silk (Hydrolyzed Silk). A protein with a composition close to that of hair: it smooths the hair surface, fills cuticle irregularities and delivers silkiness, softness and a luxurious mirror-like shine. Leaves dry hair smooth and manageable.
