Professional moisturizing balm — the second, finishing step of care for dry and dehydrated hair. While the shampoo saturates hair with moisture and starts the process, it is the balm that locks in the results: applied to the lengths and ends, it deeply moisturizes them, smooths and seals the cuticle, restoring softness, smoothness, elasticity and luxurious mirror shine. Created for those with dry, coarse, frizzy and dull hair, who frequently use a blow-dryer and flat iron, color or lighten their hair, as well as for lengths damaged by sun, sea and hard water.

Why dry lengths need a moisturizing balm
The length of the hair is its oldest and most vulnerable part. It is the farthest from the scalp, receives no nourishment from the sebaceous glands and suffers the most from moisture loss. Over time, the cuticle along the length lifts, moisture escapes, and hair becomes porous, dry, brittle and dull. How to use.
After washing with Cosmex HYDRATION moisturizing shampoo, gently squeeze excess water from your hair. Apply the balm to the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. For very dry and damaged lengths, the balm can be left on for five to seven minutes as an express mask.
