# About Cosmex

> Cosmex is a cosmetics manufacturer from Kazakhstan. Since 2025 we have made our shampoos, conditioners, masks, body care and the perfumed NOIR line ourselves, at our production site in Almaty, 2G Geologov St. Single items are sold on Kaspi.kz and Wildberries; on cosmex.kz we take wholesale orders from 100,000 ₸.

## How we started

We started by supplying professional cosmetics to salons and saw how many mark-ups an imported bottle collects on its way to the shelf. So we decided to make our own.

In 2025 we opened our production in Almaty. Formulas, batching, filling and batch control are now done in-house, so there is no importer or distributor in the price.

## How production works

Our technologists write the formulas. We make small batches, each with a technologist responsible for it, and fill them on site.

The label carries the full ingredient list, batch number and production date. Before shipping we check pH, viscosity, colour and scent against a reference sample; a batch that does not match stays off the shelf.

Single items are sold in our Kaspi.kz shop and on Wildberries, with delivery, payment and returns under the marketplace rules. We sell only from our own seller account, so every item is genuine.

Salons, stylists and shops buy wholesale on cosmex.kz: for sole traders and companies, from 100,000 ₸, 15, 22 or 30 % off the retail price, prepayment by invoice and a supply contract. Orders are collected from our warehouse in the chosen city. There are no retail orders, no delivery from the site and no physical stores.
